Zara Marielle is the product of a Northern Californian hippy town and a rustic village high in the French Alps. A former ESL teacher, she loves to travel and has also lived in Canada, Venezuela, England, and Scotland. Zara earned a master’s in creative writing from the University of Edinburgh in 2015. When she isn’t working on contemporary fantasy novels, she spends her time inventing much sillier, spontaneous content in improv shows and workshops.
