Sam Cameron is a Formula 1 fan and writer of queer love stories. She put these two passions together, and now she writes queer F1 rom coms based on Shakespeare plays. Her debut, This Happy Wreck, will be published by Berkley XO in 2027. After ten years as a high school history teacher, Sam shifted gears to become a book coach and freelance editor. She is the author of the weekly Substack Truant Pen where she shares actionable advice for stuck writers.
