Tami Oldham Ashcraft

Tami Oldham Ashcraft is the author, with Susea McGearhart, of the New York Times-bestselling memoir Adrift: A True Story of Love, Loss, and Survival at Sea (originally published as Red Sky in Mourning) which was adapted into the 2018 film of the same name starring Shailene Woodley and Sam Claflin. It is also an international bestseller and has been published in over 14 foreign territories. Tami continues to be an avid sailor and is a 100-ton licensed captain with over 50,000 offshore miles. She lives in Friday Harbor, Washington.
