O.O. Sangoyomi‘s debut novel Masquerade, in which a young Yoruba woman rises from social pariah to power in a reimagining of patriarchal, pre-colonial West Africa, was sold to Tor/Forge in a two-book deal, with publication currently set for Summer 2024.
The deal was also featured in Publishers Weekly‘s Global Rights Report and Deals column.
