St. Martin’s Press has bought the next book from award-winning author Henry Gee. The Decline and Fall of the Human Empire will be released in March 2025. Picador will publish in the UK.
Gee’s last book, A (Very) Short History of Life on Earth: 4.6 Billion Years in 12 Pithy Chapters was released in 2021. It won the Royal Society Science Book Prize and has been translated into 25 languages.
